Snow Day Fun

About 2 weeks ago we drove 2 hours north to play in the mountains for what's become our annual snow day. We went with a group of friends and their families to enjoy an afternoon of snow tubing. Last year we paid to play for an hour at the local snow tubing place that has the really nice tow ropes that pull you back up the hill, but it's very expensive to go there, can be very crowded depending on when you go, and doesn't include really young children under age 3.

One of our friends owns a home up there, so this year we decided to just play for free outside all afternoon in their yard. Later we drove over to the local golf course and found a really nice hill to slide down. And of course we all enjoyed warming up and eating dinner together back at their home. As usual I'm the one behind the camera most of the time, but I did manage to make it into a few photos. It's taken me a little bit of time to go through the photos & video clips, so here's several of primarily my family. Enjoy!
